பாரதி கண்ணனின் உயிர் ஊசலாடுகிறது. எம தர்மனாக ஏழெட்டுப் பேர் சுற்றி சுற்றி பாசக்கயிறினை வீசினர். ஆனால் இது பூலோகமாயிற்றே, அதுவும் தமிழகம், பாசக்கயிறினை உருட்டுக் கட்டைகள் என்று படிக்கவும். அதுவும் ஆள் உயரத்திற்கு!
அடினா அடி இது போல கொல வெறி அடிய நான் என் வாழ் நாளில் பார்த்ததில்லை. ஒருவன் பாரதி கண்ணனின் கால்களை மட்டும் குறி வைத்து சாவகாசமாக, கண் இமைக்காமல் அடிக்கிறான். ஒன்னு, இரண்டு, மூன்று என்று சாத்து சாத்து என்று ரவுண்டுக் கட்டி அடித்தனர். இனியும் உயிர் பிழைப்பான என்று எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருந்த பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு அதிர்ச்சி வைத்தியமாக பின்னர் அம்மூவரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து மீண்டும் “போடு! தாக்கு மவனே” என்ற தோரனையில் அடி பிண்ணி எடுத்து விட்டனர்.
கைக் கால்கள் செயலிழந்த நிலையில் துடிதுடிக்கக் கிடந்தான் பாரதி கண்ணன். இதனை வேடிக்கைப் பார்த்தனர் காவலர்கள்.
பாரதி கண்ணன் செய்த பிழை என்ன? அவன் கத்தியைத் தூக்கினான். ஒருவனைக் கீரிவிட்டானாம். பாரதி கண்ணன் மட்டும் கத்தியைத் தூக்கவில்லை என்றால் சிகப்பு வெள்ளை நிற பணியன் அணிந்திருந்த மாணவன் உயிர் பரலோகம் போயிருக்கும். அந்த பையனை ரோஸ் நிற பணியன் அணிந்திருந்த ஒருவன் காட்டு மிராண்டித்தனமாகப் போட்டு ஆள் உயரக் கட்டையால் அடிக்கிறான். கூடவே 20 பேர். இங்கு காவல் துறை வரவில்லை பாரதி கண்ணன் வந்தான். அவன் நண்பனுக்காக வந்தான். இன்று உயிரையும் இழக்கும் நிலையில் உள்ளான்.
இந்தியாவின் இறையாண்மைக் கேள்விக் கேட்கும் அச்சுப் பிச்சுத் தமிழ் உணர்வாளர்களே தலித் சாதியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களும் பார்ப்பனீயத்தை அடி ஆட்கள் மற்றும் சாமன்களுடன் நடத்தி வருகின்றனர் என்பதை மறுக்க முடியுமா ? இந்த சம்பவம் கண்டிப்பாக தலித் மக்களுக்கு எதிரான வினையைத் தேடித்தரும் என்பதில் துளியும் ஐயமில்லை. அப்படி நடக்கக் கூடாது என்றாலும், தமிழனே தமிழனுக்கு வாய்க்கரிசி போடுவது புதிதல்லவே!
தலித்துகள் இவ்வளவு சாதியம் பழகும் போது சாதிகள் ஒழிவதா? சாதிகள் புத்துயிர் பெற்று தலைவிரித்தாடும் என்பதைத் தான் இந்த சம்பவம் நிலை நாட்டுகிறது.

I’m not saying bharathi kannan is ulaga uthaman. He might be the scum on the earth. If you see the real video, there is a reason why he is entering that crowd with a knife. 20 people are smashing a guy (with red-white t-shirt) with sticks and rods. So sensitive violence seems to be alright there!
Why do you think Bharathi Kannan and his gang had to hire goons to attack his own students. Oh, we dont want to go there. We can just come to the conclusion that he is the aggressor caste, so lets keep the explanation conveniently that way.
There must have been enough provocation on both sides for this culmination. However when a dalit gang or group is at fault calling for caste annihilation and when a dalit burns we want the earth to be scorched looks one sided.
it is not the question of a dalit burning and our hearts melting… it is in a way heartening that the ’scums’ who have been bullying all along now need to buy support. by the way one guy’s ear was ripped off with a knife…
my concern is that the whole issue of two rowdy gangs has been successfully changed into a caste struggle!
The caste struggle is very much in the picture, at the least I’m unable to see it in any other way. The dalit movements wants to portray this as the reawakening and will not tolerate ‘injustice’ while jaathi hindus portray themselves as the victims.
